Role: Automation Test Engineer

Exp: 4+ Years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

NP: Immediate


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Design and enhance scalable automation frameworks (Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid, or BDD).
  • Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure application compatibility and stability.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and frameworks like REST Assured (knowledge level acceptable).
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results, prepare execution reports, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Maintain test documentation, automation guidelines, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in C# programming with hands-on automation experience.
  • Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
  • Experience in automation framework development and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with cross-browser testing tools such as Selenium Grid or cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman; basic to intermediate knowledge of REST Assured.
  • Good understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Familiarity with build tools and test runners such as NUnit, MSTest, or SpecFlow.
