Roles and Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation systems.

- Create and manage SCADA systems and HMIs for monitoring and controlling processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of PLC software and hardware.

- Develop documentation for PLC programming, system design, and operational procedures.

- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.

- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).

- Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development.

- Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and electrical components.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with specific PLC brands (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric).

- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in industrial automation.

- Experience in project management and client interaction.
