About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can design, configure, and deploy cutting-edge Voice AI Agents for large enterprise customers.

You will work in high-velocity AI-native teams and will be expected to move fast, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

This role blends engineering, product thinking, and customer-facing collaboration. You will work directly with clients to understand their workflows, architect intelligent agents, integrate systems, and ensure successful deployment at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing1. Partner With Sales & Clients
  • Engage with enterprise customers alongside Sales teams.
  • Gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present technical solution designs.
2. Become an AI Agent Specialist
  • Develop deep expertise in designing and deploying Voice AI solutions.
  • Master LLM prompt engineering patterns, optimization techniques, and best practices.
3. Own End-to-End AI Agent Lifecycle
  • Collaborate with customers to define outcomes.
  • Configure and architect AI agent workflows.
  • Design prompts, test behavior, deploy agents, integrate data pipelines, and set up monitoring loops.
  • Continuously iterate to maximize performance, accuracy, and reliability.
4. Build Full-Stack Integrations
  • Create Python or JavaScript integrations with CRMs, ERPs, scheduling systems, and other enterprise tools.
  • Work across the stack to ensure smooth, scalable deployments.
5. Onsite Deployment & Collaboration
  • Travel to customer offices when required to accelerate delivery and ensure seamless go-lives.
6. Bridge Product, Engineering & Customer Success
  • Act as the technical connector between customer needs and platform capabilities.
  • Translate field learnings into structured inputs for Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
7. Create Tools, Templates & Training
  • Build reusable components, runbooks, and code templates.
  • Train internal customer-facing teams to ensure self-sufficiency post deployment.
Requirements
  • AI-native mindset with a strong understanding of modern AI workflows.
  • Strong demand-side thinking (JTBD) and product intuition — not just implementation-focused.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in software development and AI applications.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript preferred).
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent design patterns.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working full-stack and operating independently in high-paced environments.
  • T-shaped skill set with the ability to collaborate across Sales, CS, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with AI Agents, RAG systems, Python, and data security concepts is a plus.
