JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business decisions. This role plays a crucial part in helping our company make informed choices based on data analysis.
REPORTING
To the Co-Founder & CEO with a dotted line reporting to the VP-Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Prepare data visualizations to communicate findings to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Generate reports and presentations for management and other departments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
EXPECTATIONS
- The candidate must be a mid level executive within a NBFC or FinTech company, with a thorough understanding of digital lending.
- The candidate must have robust accounting knowledge with skills in using accounting software and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of any ‘LMS’ tool is a plus
- The candidate must be currently residing in Mumbai.
- Note: This is a full-time leadership role with a work-from-office schedule.
