Note: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (on-premise version) is not equivalent to IdentityNow experience. IdentityNow is the cloud-based version with a distinct framework and approach for implementing IAM solutions.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityNow (Cloud) to join our growing team. In this role, you will implement, configure, and manage IdentityNow solutions to streamline identity lifecycle processes, enhance security, and ensure compliance across enterprise systems and applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, including:
  • Lifecycle management
  • Access request workflows
  • Governance features
  • Application onboarding
  • Develop and maintain identity policies, roles, and access certification processes.
  • Integrate IdentityNow with cloud applications using direct connectors and APIs.
  • Configure and manage integrations with systems such as:

- Entra ID (Azure AD)

- NetSuite

- Salesforce

- UKG

- Flat file sources


  • Create and manage workflows, rules, and transforms within IdentityNow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Automate identity lifecycle processes and improve operational efficiency using PowerShell or Python.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze IAM security risks, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and system configurations.


Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow / Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting sources for:

- Entra ID (Azure AD)

- NetSuite

- Salesforce

- UKG

- Flat file sources


  • Proficient in developing and managing workflows, rules, and transforms in IdentityNow.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM standards.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python.
  • Experience with Entra ID and other cloud-based authentication methods.
  • Extensive experience with API integrations and RESTful web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
