Responsibilities :

Solution Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Sales Performance Management Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client requirements.

- Configure and customize Oracle Sales Performance Management modules to enhance sales team productivity and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Business Process Consulting : .

- Analyze client business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Provide subject matter expertise to guide clients through transformational changes.

Technical Expertise :

- Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation to design and implement compensation plans.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Oracle Sales Cloud and Performance Management.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.

- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and best practices.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions.

Qualifications :

- Experience in implementing similar Sales Performance Management applications which should include relevant experience of Oracle Sales Cloud with specialization in Sales Performance Management.

- Prior experience in EBS Incentive Compensation Module implementation or support would be added advantage.

- Oracle certifications (Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation Specialist) preferred.
