  • Experience supporting technology adoption and change-management initiatives with customers.
  • Knowledge of web and related technologies (e.g., HTTP, APIs, XML/HTML), including web application development and integration.
  • Understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique issues and decision-making processes.


About the job

As a Solutions Engineer for Ecoh for Education, you will lead the adoption of EcoLab within the Higher Education sector. You will be a key player in a dedicated team, responsible for developing and executing the technical go-to-market strategy. Your primary objective will be to foster meaningful adoption that demonstrates the transformative value of Ecoh for teaching, learning, and research within top universities and colleges.


Responsibilities

  • Identify customer business and academic requirements to architect solutions that integrate EcoLab into their existing infrastructure.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and stay ahead of industry trends.
