Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Key Responsibilities: Review requirements, specifications or design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured documentations, test plans and test cases.Monitor, debug and compare the system logs, error using Datadog, Grafana in multiple environments.Perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions (end to end); comprising web-based applications, mobile apps on both Android and iOS platforms.Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for backend, frontend and mobile apps development.Improve and maintain automation test coverage to reduce manual effort during day-to-day quality engineering.Identify edge cases and ensure software robustness before production deployment.Support and manage UAT, Sanity, Regression activities in multiple environments.Work closely with the stakeholders, engineering team and also the product team, to ensure the quality/stability of the software releases.Research on new technologies or market trends, to be able to propose new solutions/features, recommendations or ideas to improve the software solution.Design and implement E2E automation scripts that validate order lifecycle and data integrity across integrated third-party systems (e.g., POS).Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Head/Managers.The Employee, as per business needs, may be required to undertake any other such duties as may be assigned in line with the employee’s position, skills, and capabilities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Application or related major.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Manual & Automation Testing.Experience in ProgrammingExcellent communication skills and a good command of English.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.Good understanding of the software development, testing & bug life cycle process.Experience in Testing Payment / OpenAPI / Middleware / Ordering Service is a plusExperience in Automation Test API, Automation Test WebExperience in Batch / Shell Script, Mobile Automation is a plusExperience in mentoring a small team; preferably across a start-up is a plus.Strong technical experience and ability to automate tests using:Scripting Language: Java, JS, TS or Python.Tools: Playwright / MochaJs / ChaiJs / Jest, SeleniumTechnical experience working with APIs, JSON, SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis, HTML, and tools such as Postman for validating test results.Technical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, or DroneCI.Experience working with cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Locust, JMeter, or similar tools is a plus.Why Join Delivery Hero India?At Delivery Hero India, we believe diversity and inclusion are key to creating not only an exciting product, but also an amazing customer and employee experience.
