We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing brand accounts, creating engaging content, and driving measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to strengthen our digital brand identity and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) in collaboration with design and content teams
  • Own the social media calendar—plan, schedule, and publish content consistently
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities
  • Manage community interactions—respond to comments, messages, and audience queries
  • Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaigns and collaborations
  • Maintain brand voice, identity, and storytelling across all channels



Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven experience managing social media for brands/agencies
  • Strong understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, and engagement best practices
  • Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


Good to Have

  • Canva, Basic video editing or short-form content creation skills
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Understanding of paid ads and performance marketing basics
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
