Job Summary:

We are looking for an Applied AI Specialist who is detailed, curious, and passionate about learning. You will explore AI tools that make work easier, faster, and more productive, and actively contribute to real business solutions across functions like R&D, marketing, supply chain, quality, and customer experience REPORT T IT Manager – India and USA

Note:- This role requires the candidate to be based onsite at our corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with employees across teams, including our US main office, to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities where AI can add value.
• Research AI tools and platforms (e.g., generative AI, workflow automation, knowledge assistants) to improve processes.
• Evaluate tools for usability, cost, reliability, and business relevance, and summarize findings in clear, actionable reports.
• Pilot AI tools in small experiments, collect feedback, and refine recommendations.
• Document AI use cases and maintain an internal knowledge hub of tested and recommended tools.
• Support team training and adoption of AI tools to ensure effective usage.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and share insights that drive practical improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate: A curious, detail-oriented professional who loves exploring AI tools, enjoys reading and learning continuously, and can work closely with both our local teams and the US main office.

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in AI-focused roles, solution engineering, or innovation-led initiatives.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in problem discovery, research, and solution design, with a curiosity-driven, learning-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and self-driven, able to thrive in dynamic environments and manage cross-departmental initiatives effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with prompt engineering, API integrations, or building proof-of-concepts (PoCs) with AI models.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, workflow automation tools, or applying AI in marketing, product, or development environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on familiarity with tools like OpenAI, LangChain, or no-code/low-code AI platforms.
• Interest in digital transformation or process improvement.
