IDAM Manager

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- IDAM Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design comprehensive IDAM solutions that align with organizational goals and security standards.

- Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of IDAM solutions, including deploying, configuring, and integrating identity management tools with existing systems and applications.

- Customization and Development: Customize IDAM solutions to meet specific organizational needs, and if necessary, develop custom connectors, scripts, or plugins to enhance functionality.

- User Provisioning and De-provisioning: Implement automated user provisioning and de-provisioning processes to streamline access management and ensure compliance with security policies.

- Access Control Policies: Develop and enforce access control policies and ensure that they are consistently applied across the organization.

- Security Compliance: Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to identity and access management, and ensure that implemented solutions are in compliance.

- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for IDAM solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents in a timely manner.

Exposure to and Knowledge of :

- Familiarity with PAM/IDAM tools and technologies.

- Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) principles.

- Understanding of Java and scripting languages

- Experience in working with automation tools to streamline admin user activities.

- Knowledge of IT industry best practices and emerging trends in Cybersecurity.
