Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python for Data Science, along with a solid background in statistics, probability, and programming.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for building and implementing data science solutions to solve complex business problems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and implement machine learning models, and effectively communicate insights and solutions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Python, R, Scala, or other programming languages to build and implement data science solutions.

- Design and develop machine learning models for regression, prediction, classification, clustering, neural networks, and Bayesian problems.

- Implement workflows for Linear & Logistic Regression, Ensemble Models (Random Forest, Boosting) using R/Python.

- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets.

- Demonstrate competency in Probability & Statistics, including Data Distributions, Hypothesis Testing, and other Statistical Tests.

- Hands-on experience in using statistical and analytical techniques to solve real-world business problems.

- Understand various data structures and methods for data transformation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in disparate technologies and environments.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and explore new areas of work within data science.

- Effectively communicate insights and solutions to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.

- Mentor team members in data science projects and help them stay updated with new technologies.

Skills Required:

- Strong experience in Python for Data Science.

- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and algorithms.

- Solid understanding of statistics and probability.

- Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and cluster analysis is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong programming background and expertise in building models.

- Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and areas of work.

- Ability to mentor team members and keep up with new technologies.
