Dear Connections,ACL Digital is hiring for Data Center Engineer for Gurugram- Manesar(Hybrid).Job Title: Data Center Engineer - Cloud & NetworkingLocation: Gurgaon, IndiaExperience: 5 - 15 YearsDepartment: Network Engineering / OperationsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysRole SummaryThe Senior IP Network Automation & Integration Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end service provisioning, configuration, and integration of high-scale IP networks. This role serves as a technical lead for automation workflows using Nokia-centric tools (VSD/FSS/VNO) and acts as a primary liaison between planning teams and backend support to resolve complex network faults.Key Responsibilities1. Integration & Service ProvisioningStakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Bharti MS and Planning teams to "handhold" and guide the service provisioning lifecycle.Automation Workflows: Execute configuration, integration, and provisioning via VSD, FSS, and VNO automation platforms.Service Activation: Review and execute planned works, service activations, and network testing according to project schedules.2. Advanced Troubleshooting & SupportEscalation Management: Proactively manage and resolve escalated technical cases and chronic network issues.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Support TAC and Backend teams in deep-log collection and analysis to determine the RCA for VNO-related issues.Diagnosis: Perform analysis and diagnosis on complex networking problems, identifying faults in both network and customer-facing services.3. Documentation & ReportingTechnical Design: Prepare and maintain critical documentation, including HLD (High-Level Design), LLD (Low-Level Design), and Handover checklists.Standardization: Develop handbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.Operations Reporting: Generate periodic reports for internal operations and customer reviews to facilitate smooth project handovers.Technical RequirementsCore NetworkingIn-depth Protocols: Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, and EVPN.Transport & Services: Proficiency in MPLS, Segment Routing, L2VPN, and L3VPN.Vendor Expertise: Hands-on experience with Nokia CLI (7750 SR, etc.) is highly preferred. Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper is a plus.Automation & VirtualizationScripting: Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, and Cron job management.Modern Infrastructure: Exposure to Virtualization, SDN, NFV, and Kubernetes.Network Programmability: Familiarity with Netconf, Network Device APIs, and Nokia Cloud Operation Manager.Qualifications & SpecificationEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication preferred).Experience: 5–10 years in IP networking, preferably in a large-scale Service Provider environment.Certifications (Desirable): Nokia NRS1/NRS2, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS.
