Job Description :

1. Experience in Manual Testing with diversified experience of Black box testing, Functional testing, Database Testing, Agile & Scrum, Documentations, Quality analysis and also have experience in business analysis.

2. Has good experience working with Airline Industry.

3. Creation and management of test cases.

4. Worked end to end on project from initial phase to final release.

5. Testing document creation and report generation

6. VSO handling of User Stories/ test case execution/defect handling/reports

7. Manual and Automation Testing of Web Services via SOAP UI

Key Responsibilities :

Manual Testing : Perform manual testing with a focus on black box testing and functional testing. Execute database testing to ensure data integrity and consistency. Conduct thorough testing using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Documentation and Quality Analysis : Create comprehensive documentation for testing processes and results. Perform quality analysis to ensure the highest standards of software quality.

Airline Industry Experience : Leverage experience working in the airline industry to understand domain-specific requirements and challenges.

Test Case Management : Create and manage detailed test cases to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities. Ensure all test cases are executed and results are accurately recorded.

Project Management : Work on projects from the initial phase to final release, ensuring all requirements are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Testing Documentation and Reporting : Generate testing documents and detailed reports to communicate testing outcomes and quality metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on testing results.

VSO Handling : Manage user stories, test case execution, defect handling, and reporting using Visual Studio Online (VSO).

Web Services Testing : Perform manual and automation testing of web services using SOAP UI. Ensure web services meet functionality, performance, and reliability standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5 - 8 years of experience in manual testing.

- Extensive experience with black box testing, functional testing, and database testing. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Proven experience in the airline industry.

- Proficiency in creating and managing test cases and testing documentation.

- Experience with end-to-end project management.

- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Online (VSO) for managing user stories, test cases, and defects.

- Proficient in using SOAP UI for web services testing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
