Including other applications like SAP, Genesys, UIPathEnsure adherence to compliance and security standards in alignment with Merck KGaA’s enterprise IT and regulatory requirements.AI-Driven DevOps & AutomationArchitect multi-agent DevOps pipelines, integrating Agentforce, MCP, and LangChain frameworks to automate packaging, testing, and deployments.Embed Agentforce HITL (human-in-the-loop) patterns for secure, auditable automation in regulated contexts.Automate security and infrastructure processes including IP-range updates, Named Credential management, and TLS/JWT flows.Data Cloud & Agentforce InnovationDesign Data Clean Rooms and enrichment pipelines for compliant 2nd- and 3rd-party data usage in life sciences.Implement conversation-aware Agentforce bots, enabling compliant, secure patient and customer interactions.Integrate external vector stores and AI models for smarter, context-rich Salesforce automations.Stakeholder Engagement & LeadershipPartner with business leaders, commercial, and IT functions to align architecture with enterprise roadmaps.Mentor architects, developers, and administrators; build capabilities in AI-augmented Salesforce delivery.Champion innovation in Salesforce & AI while ensuring risk management, auditability, and compliance.
