The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technology solutions and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent, analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for travel related projects.

- Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyze travel industry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Work with the development team to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs) and user stories.

- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.

- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of travel-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

- Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate the functionality of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Provide training and support to end-users and ensure a smooth transition to new systems or processes.

QUALIFICATION :

- Graduates.

- Certification in Travel Applications/Domain (optional).

KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS :

- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
