Role : Cube Developer (MSBI/ BI Developer).

Responsibilities :

- Develop Power BI Data models using Tabular Editor tool in cloud environment.

- Design and maintain efficient data model architecture to handle large size input data.

- Make technological adjustments to existing BI systems to improve the performance.

- Optimize data size and DAX queries, implement portioning and archival concept and query tuning.

- Analyze existing ETL procedures to create new BI systems.

- Troubleshoot reporting issues and work on improving report performance.

- Create and modify tables, views, optimize SQL queries and indexes.

- Manage stakeholders and drive timely execution of projects using agile methodologies.

- Lead and guide BI developers on technical skills and best practices.

Desired Skillset :

- University degree in Computer Sciences or a similar field of studies.

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Tabular model development and maintenance as per reporting requirements.

- Very good hands-on experience working with Tabular Editor tool, DAX query, SQL and M-query.

- Proficient in doing advanced-level computations on large datasets.

- Understanding data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques.

- Deep knowledge in database concepts, T SQL, writing SQL queries and stored procedures.

- Very high data affinity and strong analytical skills.

- Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies (good to have).
