About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing data and analytics team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about data engineering best practices, cloud technologies, and building robust, efficient data ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and process large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build and manage data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts using modern data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and well-structured data.
  • Implement and maintain data quality, validation, and monitoring processes.
  • Optimize data workflows for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the development of data models, schemas, and metadata management.
  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SparkSQL, Databricks, Snowflake
  • Preferably in Pharma/Healthcare domain.
