Role - Product Owner (BSS Billing Domain)Work Location - GurgaonExperience - 6-9 yearsKey Responsibilities:Own the product backlog for the BSS Billing domain, ensuring clear priorities and well-defined user stories. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver high-quality billing solutions. Drive the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities. Lead sprint planning, review, and backlog grooming sessions. Validate delivered features and enhancements meet business requirements and customer expectations. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for third-party billing integrations and upgrades. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., data privacy, financial accuracy). Provide subject matter expertise in telecom billing processes such as mediation, rating, invoicing, collections, and dunning.Skills:An Engineering graduate/Post-graduate with 5+ years of experience in Telecom BSS Billing as a Product Owner.Must have experience in third-party billing integrations and upgrades, mediation, invoicing, collections.Experience in backlog grooming and sprint planning.Experience with integration points across BSS/OSS stack (CRM, Mediation, Provisioning, etc.).Familiarity with TM-Forum Compliance and API - Integration in Solution.About ComvivaComviva is an industry leader for providing digital platforms crafted for telecom operators, banks, financial services organizations, and other enterprises.
