Job Overview :

We're looking for a dynamic Senior Business Analyst who can drive impactful business outcomes with Business Analytics & Performance Insights, skilled at understanding business performance, stakeholder management, customer and financial metrics as well as operational workflows in depth.

The role is Remote based in India and may require business travel to Dubai/UAE, offering exposure to the International Healthcare Business.

About the Role :

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics and driving real business impact? Join our global digital healthcare team as a Senior Business Analyst, where your insights will fuel growth and improve patient care delivery. You'll work closely with teams across Telemedicine, E-Pharmacy, E-Diagnostics, and Care Delivery, partnering with stakeholders to deliver insights that elevate our client offerings and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Performance & Client Delivery : Collaborate with Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and Life Sciences clients in India and UAE to deliver analytics that shape business outcomes.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across Telemedicine, E-Pharmacy, and E-Diagnostics to deliver performance data and actionable insights.

- Financial & Operational Metrics : Generate business KPIs, optimize efficiency, and track customer journeys and health outcomes.

- Automate Insights : Work with Data Teams to build and automate dashboards, turning data into strategic assets.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Manage stakeholder reporting, providing clear data-driven guidance for decision-making.

Who We're Looking For :

- A bachelor's degree or MBA in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or relevant field.

- 3+ years in Business Analytics, Program Management, or a similar role in Healthcare, E-Commerce, or Consulting.

- Strong skills in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or ReDash, and proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Python.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to analytics and reporting.

- Preferred experience with Online Pharmacy, B2B2C Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Health Insurance sectors.
