- Experience In Developing SharePoint Applications Using OOTB Functionality As Well As Custom Development Using Visual Studio, C#, React And SPFx

- Experience Of SharePoint Server Side And Client-Side Object Model

- Should Have Experience/Exposure In SharePoint Migration

- Should Have Experience/Exposure In Power Automate & Power Apps

- Should Have Experience/Exposure In .Net, C# And SQL Server

- Should Have Good Experience Following Patterns And Practices Suggested By Microsoft For SPFx Development

- Should Have Good Knowledge Of Responsive Designs And Integration With SharePoint

- Experience In Client Interaction, Understanding Business Application And Business Data Flow.

- Experience With All Phases Of The SDLC, Including Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Debugging, Deployments, And Documentation

- Good Communication Skills (Written And Oral) To Interact Effectively With Client

- Excellent Troubleshooting And Debugging Skills

- Strong Problem-Solving Skills, Willingness To Take Ownership And Enthusiasm In The Face Of Technical Challenges

- Proven Ability To Build, Manage And Foster A Team-Oriented Environment.

- Knowledge Of Design Principles And Fundamentals Of Architecture

- Understanding Of Performance Engineering
