Overview :


At ConveGenius, we are on a mission to democratise education and knowledge services for the masses. Our secret weapon? Conversational AI As the Head of UX, you'll lead the charge in designing and optimising user-centric products (primarily SwiftChat) and experiences. SwiftChat is an ecosystem of chatbots and mini-apps, with over 1.5M app downloads on Play Store and over 150M+ user profiles across states. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of UX design initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities :
  • You will create and advocate for design solutions based on user research data, user goals, and business needs and product strategy.
  • You will produce designs that illustrate optimal user experiences
  • Deliverables may include storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or orchestrating usability tests that lead to user bliss.
  • You will work with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and beautiful experiences that our users love.
  • You will conceptualise and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
  • You are a conceptual thinker as well as a craftsperson.
  • Your design work is clean, focused, and inspiring to others.
  • You show demonstrated experience in designing and optimising user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels.
  • You should be comfortable cultivating collaboration and demonstrate rock-solid communication within the UX crew and our cross-functional buddies.
  • You should be able to present your masterpieces, strategies, and discoveries to stakeholders and senior leaders who fuel the UX dream.
Qualifications :
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • 4 - 6 years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across information architecture, interaction, and visual design skills
  • Proficient in leading-edge design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma
  • Experience in the Edtech industry would be an advantage
  • Communication skills that turn problems into puzzles and numbers into insights
  • A passion for social impact and a knowledge of India's educational landscape
  • A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Expertise on quickly iterating on wireframes and mockups in a fast-paced environment
