Job Details :

- Key Responsibilities :

- Define the security target state architecture and capability assessment framework for the organization.

- Development and management of security architecture, processes, and practices.

- Define end-to-end security architecture that enables key business objectives whilst balancing scalability, resiliency, and efficiency.

- Work with business and IT stakeholders to come up with architecture and patterns to achieve application and data security.

- Evaluate business strategy and objectives to define an executable security roadmap utilising a traceable capability assessment framework.

- Perform architecture impact assessment during the concept ideation and business case development to ensure security requirements are considered and included in the business case.

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the organisation's vulnerability management process to proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

- Architect and implement robust security controls to safeguard the organisation's assets and data.

- Provide threat research, detection content development & technical expertise.

- Enhance the product offering of a security and compliance product to address evolving customer needs and industry demands, fostering innovation and market competitiveness.

- Stay current with the latest regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks to ensure product offering adheres to the industry standards

- Translate regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks into a unified control library and technical implementation for compliance and security.

- Support the organisation's certification journey for attaining and maintaining certifications such as ISO27001, SOC2 etc.

- Define and implement security control requirements to be enforced around various IaaS and PaaS services from Azure/AWS/GCP/Oracle Cloud.

- Assess and enhance organizations' existing Cloud and container security posture and maturity.

- Design and implement Security automation and Infrastructure as Code with Secure first design.

- Work with developers to provide advisory and help them understand and make use of security technologies, and industry standards such as NIST and CIS.

- Validate the security controls deployed through infrastructure-as-code and pre-built patterns such as blueprints and templates.

- Define control objectives and assess control gaps for cloud implementation.

- Conduct gap/maturity assessment as per the regulatory cybersecurity frameworks.

Education & Skill Requirement :

Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Engineering from recognised University

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge in Information Security domains (IAM, Data Protection, Application and infrastructure Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring, Network Security, etc.

- Strong understanding of the following: networking fundamentals (all OSI layers, protocols), Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac operating systems, OS, and software vulnerably and exploitation techniques, commercial or open-source offensive security tools for reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation (e.g, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite), and familiarity with interpreting log output from networking devices, operating systems, and infrastructure services.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest attacks, vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and
industry best practices to enhance Security Operation procedures and security tooling.

- Use Mitre Attack framework to create threat models to identify security risks within different services and infrastructure deployments, design, implement or validate mitigating controls with a focus on Reactive automation and DevSecOps pipeline.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for technology and cyber security risk management.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps principles.

- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Public Cloud Certifications etc.

- Mentoring and leadership experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
