Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role based in Mumbai. The Administrator will manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling courses, organizing student records, coordinating with instructors, and providing seamless administrative support. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining course materials, overseeing office supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow in line with the organization’s operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and document management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with students, instructors, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in an educational or training environment is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
