Hiring Project Manager: Modular Furniture and Interiors Location: Sector 30, Gurgaon (Work From Office)Brand: SpaceframeWe are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Project Manager who deeply understands modular furniture, factory-to-site coordination, cutting lists, hardware lists, installation sequencing, and client communication.This is a leadership role for people who take responsibility—not give excuses.Should have an eye for detailKey Responsibilities1. Modular Furniture ExecutionPrepare accurate cutting lists for all panel-based furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, storage, TV units).Create complete hardware lists with brand, quantity, and specification clarity.Verify modular drawings, panel sizes, and assembly logic with the factory team.Coordinate with CNC, edge-banding, finishing, and packaging teams to ensure error-free production.2. Site ManagementDaily supervision of modular installation at site.Coordinate carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, and civil teams.Ensure site is ready for modular installation—levels, wiring, plumbing, tiling, civil readiness.Track progress, maintain checklists, and close snags daily.Raise red flags immediately if drawings/specs don’t match site conditions.3. Client CoordinationCommunicate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies clearly.Resolve on-site issues with smart problem-solving, not delays.Record and track any client-initiated changes with proper approval.4. Vendor & Factory CoordinationDaily coordination with the factory for material dispatch.Ensure correct items reach site—no missing panels or hardware.Work closely with the purchase team to avoid material delays.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of modular furniture production—prelam, postlam, shutters, carcass build, hinges, channels, profiles, edge-banding, CNC operations.Ability to read and understand architectural + modular drawings.Ability to create cutting lists in Excel or Google Sheets.Understanding of hardware brands (Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, etc.).Excellent site execution skills—coordination, sequencing, quality checks.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and leadership ability.Must take responsibility—no excuses.Additional QualitiesOwnership mentality: treats each project like their own.High discipline in timeline management.Ability to foresee issues before they happen.Experience with kitchens, wardrobes, and full-house modular projects.Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing interfaces.Ability to maintain daily reports, photos, and trackers.What We OfferA chance to work with one of the fastest-growing interior brands.Exposure to high-end modular and turnkey projects.A culture of ownership, speed, and excellence.If you're serious about interiors, modular production, and premium execution—this is the team where you grow fast.
