We are hiring for one of the world’s largest medical technology companies for the Hyderabad location.

Position: Principal PD Project Management Specialist – Scrum Master

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 14 to 22 years

About the Role

As a Principal PD Project Management Specialist (Scrum Master), you’ll lead complex, breakthrough software development projects — from strategy to execution. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive Agile transformation, ensure quality compliance, and partner with global teams to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Guide Agile teams while aligning with SDLC, release, and regulatory requirements.
  • Incorporate engineering best practices like coding standards, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Track team velocity and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove project impediments and foster a transparent, accountable culture.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with design control and quality system requirements.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP Certification & Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in project leadership roles.
  • Hands-on Agile experience and strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Experience managing enterprise software or mobile application projects.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with FDA Quality System Regulations, ISO 13485, IEC-62304.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Visio.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Proven success in managing multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
