SAP GRC Security Consultant

Key Responsibilities :


- Implement and maintain SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.

- Develop and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) within SAP environments.

- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on SAP security-related matters, including user provisioning, role design, and access request management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP security controls into business processes and applications.

- Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in SAP security and compliance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Participate in SAP security incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and remediation.

- Train and mentor junior SAP security team members, as needed.

- Assist in the development and implementation of SAP security awareness training programs for end-users and IT staff.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP security administration and GRC implementation.

- Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.

- Experience with SAP security assessment tools and methodologies.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS as they relate to SAP security.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Security Professional) preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
