Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Banner Designer to join our marketing and design team. The Banner Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual banners for digital platforms, social media campaigns, websites, and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visually compelling static and animated banners for websites, email campaigns, social media, and display ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Translate marketing messages and concepts into creative visual designs.
  • Ensure that all designs are optimized for various devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Banner Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects or Animate for motion banners is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing banner design and other relevant work.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
  • Good communication skills and ability to understand marketing requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating HTML5 animated banners.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
