Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duck Creek Developer to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in Duck Creek Billing and a proven ability to manage application and data fixes. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical instructions and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop technical design and programming specifications aligned with functional analysis and business requirements.

- Design, develop, and modify application and database components following department standards and technical specifications.

- Perform system configuration, maintain vendor software versions, and ensure adherence to source version control, migration, and deployment procedures for new or modified components.

- Conduct problem analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve application and data issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with users, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate compilation, packaging, and delivery of software products.

- Write and maintain reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively present information to various stakeholders.

- Execute unit tests for all development work and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Interface with project and product management to support the successful delivery of software solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Extensive experience with Duck Creek Billing, particularly in application and data fixes.

- Strong analytical abilities to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and manuals.

- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

- Competence in interpreting complex technical instructions and dealing with abstract and variable factors.

- Proven experience in Project/Product Management and a commitment to excellence.

- Ability to work on diverse and complex problems requiring thorough analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors.
