As a UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our enterprise and SaaS products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals.

Your role will involve conducting user testing, developing wireframes and prototypes, and crafting high-fidelity designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research and Testing :

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Plan and execute user testing sessions, including usability tests, A/B tests, and surveys.

- Analyze user feedback and testing results to inform design decisions.

Design Strategy and Planning :

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design goals and requirements.

- Develop and communicate design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.

- Create and maintain design documentation, including personas, user journeys, and scenarios.

Wireframing and Prototyping :

- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

- Ensure that designs are scalable and adaptable for various devices and screen sizes.

High-Fidelity Design :

- Create high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Maintain consistency in design elements across the product suite.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and design processes.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and libraries.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5 to 12 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise or SaaS products.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Experience conducting user testing and analyzing results to inform design decisions.

- Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
