This position being part of the CFS Finance team covers the entire ambit of Accounting, Controlling, Reporting for all units of the designated CFS. Key deliverables:Developing processes & Team to manage day today finance operations effectivelyEnsuring Adherence to authority matrix, SOPs / policies / processes.Partnering with business team for important business discussions like customer acquisition, credit limits, vendor negotiations etc.Co-ordinate with IT team on system enhancements, change requests, new system implementations.Accurate & Timely monthly MIS reporting to the corporate finance & location headTimely closure of TB for quarterly/yearly statutory audits & internal audits with no adverse audit observations In-depth Revenue / Cost analysis / Segmental profitability of each unit/ Business segment, comparisons, bench marking and come up with controlling initiativesReview and circulate the customer level profitability and advice business on EBIDTA improvement plansClose control over invoicing, debtors' position; achieving collection and DSO targetsTimely closure of all Internal Audit observations/recommendationsTo take up and work on specific projects to bring about changes / transformation.Required Skills and Aptitudes This position being part of the Business finance accounting and reporting, is expected to have / develop a complete understanding of the business operations of the vertical and working knowledge of the relevant statutes, commercial understanding of the product offering and the tariffs/ costs/ profitability etc. Candidate should be young, dynamic, self-motivated & high degree of passion to solve the issues and derive long term solutionsShould be able to work closely with Facility head to grow the business and improve profitability.Expected to have high inter-personal, Managerial and communication skills and should be willing and ready to work in co-ordination and collaboration with all the business units and the various departments.Be innovative, pro-active and dynamic to the ever-changing business scenario.Be a change manager to suggest and bring about transformation in adaptation to the Company’s digital objectives.
