Kogta Financial is searching for an amicable bilingual tele caller executive who is fluent in either one or both stated languages.
The ideal tele caller executive will be detail orientated, and self-driven. You should be polite, accurate, knowledgeable, and able to work well within a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Making a moderate volume of calls from or to customers.
- Lead Generation through provided base.
- Striving to achieve the given TARGET by maintaining the quality of service.
- Using listening skills to understand the needs and requirements of the customer before offering them.
- Responding efficiently to customers and creating a positive experience.
- Remaining calm and professional while dealing with customers.
- Joining a team of CRM and building a positive relationship of teamwork, trust, and excellence.
- Transferring and escalating the calls to the appropriate department if needed, such as sales.
- Participating in training and striving to increase and improve existing skills.
- Dealing with cross functional department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates from the financial industry will have a due advantage.
- Must be familiar with customer engagement techniques.
- Someone with the fluent language proficiency of Gujrati and Marathi both will have due advantages.
