About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in extracting valuable insights from our data.

You will leverage your skills in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Quicksight/DataZone), and Python to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings to Collaborate with business partners to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data analysis tasks.

- Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and clean data from various data sources (relational databases, cloud storage).

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data transformation and loading.

- Utilize data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Quicksight/DataZone) to create compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.

- Develop and implement statistical analysis techniques to uncover deeper insights and support data-driven decision making.

- Work with Python for data manipulation, automation tasks, and potentially basic machine learning model building (if applicable).

- Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis tools and technologies.

Candidate Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL querying languages for data extraction and manipulation.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Quicksight/DataZone) for creating interactive dashboards and reports.

- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and scripting.

- Understanding of data analysis methodologies and best practices.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, Google BigQuery)

- Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.

- Familiarity with basic statistical analysis techniques.

- Knowledge of data governance principles.

- Experience with additional data analysis tools (e.g., Power Automate, Looker)
