About the Role

We are looking for experienced Canada Recruiters with a strong background in hiring for Government of Canada positions across different provinces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with Canadian clients or vendors.


Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for Government of Canada and public sector roles.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates across provinces.
  • Maintain compliance with Canadian hiring regulations and documentation standards.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and internal delivery teams.


Qualifications

  • 2–8 years of Canadian recruitment experience, preferably in government or public sector hiring.
