Location: Pune

Education-Bachelors/master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field

Detailed JD:

· Good understanding of the knowledge of finite element analysis. Good communication, report writing, technical documentation and presentation skills.

· He/ She should have good Hands-on experience on Hyper mesh, ANSA, Pimer

· Good Experience in Meshing (pre-processing) and model build support to CAE group for various components or sub-systems.

· He/ She should have strong knowledge in meshing BIW and plastic parts.

· He/ She should have strong knowledge in solid exa/Tetra meshing for solid parts.

· He/ She should have good experience in model built and assembly for BIW/ Closures / Engine/ Powertrain /Suspension / Interiors and exteriors from crash, Durability and NVH domain prospective.

· Knowledge of Abaqus, Nastran, LS Dyna and primer will be added advantage.

· He/ She should update domain specific existing reference meshed model based on relevant changes as per CAD data.

· He/ She should be able to update the thickness and material based on BOM.

· He/ She should be able to cross check connectivity, attachments, spot-welds, adhesives etc. as per CAD data for each sub-system model.

· He/ She should perform domain specific pre-processing checks and deliver the model to the client. ·

· He/ She should perform debug zero mili-second/Modal run to make sure final deliverables are error free.
