The Denodo Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Denodo environments to enable data virtualization, query federation, and ad-hoc data requests across multiple data sources. This role ensures high availability, security, and optimal performance of Denodo instances while supporting integration with enterprise data platforms like Teradata and big data ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Configuration:
Install, configure, and maintain Denodo servers and components.
Set up environments for development, testing, and production.
2. Administration & Monitoring
Manage Denodo instances, including resource allocation and performance tuning.
Monitor query execution, optimize federated queries, and troubleshoot issues.
3. Security & Access Control
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access for Denodo users.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
4. Integration & Virtualization
Configure data sources for virtualization and enable query federation across heterogeneous systems.
Support ad-hoc data requests and real-time data access.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
Experience:
10 + years in data integration or administration roles
3+ years of hands-on experience with Denodo platform administration
Exposure to data virtualization and query federation in large-scale environments
