You will assist in the development of graphic design, artwork, and prints, contributing to the overall visualization.Job Description:Conceptualisation: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate across teams to develop innovative and strategic advertising concepts.Visual Design: Create high-quality, visually engaging designs for various advertising materials.Trend Monitoring: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance the agency's creative output and maintain a competitive edge.Contribute to design presentations and meetings, providing input, feedback, and solutions to design challenges as needed.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform design decisions and maintain relevance in the market.A professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlinesProactive mindset, professional team player and handle job responsibilities independentlyExperience & Skills:Any Bachelor / Master degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field2-3 years of experience in Advertising Agency experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.Knowledge of lighting techniquesExcellent creative and conceptual thinkingAbility to work collaboratively in a teamAttention to detail and strong visual communication skillsRelated experience of working with Art Directors and Creative DirectorsAvailable to start in 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
