The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, assisting in the end-to-end product delivery cycle, and managing communications across various platforms.This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to work closely with internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship ManagementAct as the first point of contact for customers for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.Provide regular and clear updates on order status, timelines, and follow-ups.Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.Lead Management & Sales SupportFollow up on new and existing leads generated from social media, referrals, and inquiries.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress.Assist the sales and project teams in converting leads into confirmed orders.Social Media and Digital EngagementCoordinate with internal teams to keep company social media platforms updated with relevant content.Respond to client messages and inquiries received through digital channels.PDLC (Project Delivery Life Cycle) SupportWork with production and logistics teams to monitor delivery timelines.Provide clients with insights into products and customization options.Track and support the full customer journey from inquiry to final product delivery.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.0–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or administrative roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM systems.Highly organized, responsible, and able to work independently.Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.What We OfferA dynamic and growing work environment.Opportunities to learn and grow across departments.Exposure to real-time operations and customer relationship management.A supportive leadership team and a performance-driven culture.
