Job Description :

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of proven expertise in crafting exceptional user experiences for products. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall design strategy, ensuring seamless and visually appealing interactions that enhance user satisfaction.

What will you do?

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.

- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, for web applications, mobile apps and PWA.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and a smooth implementation process.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.

- Participate in design and development workshops to define new features and products.

Skills and Experience :

- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

- Extensive designing experience in Mobile, Web & Tab application platforms.

- Possess strong experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, responsive web design.

- Understanding of user experience for Insurance apps or portals

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Qualification :

- Preferably bachelor's or master's degree in design.

Experience : 7-10 Years
