As an Outreach Associate, you'll be the bridge between students, parents, schools, and the opportunity we're offering them. This is not just a sales role. You'll work on strategy, storytelling, communications, and growth. Every conversation you have will help shape how education looks for young minds nationwide.You will represent an International education brand, interact with diverse audiences, and gain mentorship in real-time client engagement, outreach strategy, and campaign execution.What You'll Be DoingEngage with interested parents, students, and school representatives about our MUN & Public Speaking programs.Using structured communication strategies (scripts, templates, and personal style), you will explain the program value.Help design and refine outreach flows and funnels, working closely with the core team.Participate in weekly growth sprints where your ideas can directly influence how we scaleTrack conversations, lead flow, and performance, and continuously improveWhat We're Looking ForUndergraduate students (any field) with at least 3–4 hours a day to dedicate during the internshipStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishEmpathy, confidence, and the ability to make people feel heardAbility to manage conversations with parents, schools, and students professionallyWillingness to learn fast and try new approachesWhat You'll GainPaid internship (stipend discussed during interview)Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation signed by the Founder (performance-based)Professional exposure to client communication, outreach strategy, and education marketingA fun, fast-paced, and collaborative work culture that respects initiativeHands-on experience that you can confidently speak about in interviews or applications
