Key Responsibilities

As a Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our research intelligence and delivering actionable insights for clients.

You will:

  • Conduct in-depth fundamental research and comprehensive financial analysis of listed companies across diverse sectors.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models — including DCF, relative valuation, scenario analysis, and industry benchmarking.
  • Develop high-quality investment memos, sector notes, and equity research reports for internal teams and client communication.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, corporate developments, regulatory updates, and market-moving events.
  • Engage with company management, industry experts, and sector specialists to gather insights and validate assumptions.
  • Support the investment team in idea generation, thematic research, and portfolio construction strategies.
  • Address client queries by preparing periodic stock updates, earnings notes, and sector deep dives.


What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Analysis, or Portfolio Management (Buy-side or Sell-side).
  • Strong academic foundation — CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in analyzing financial statements, business models, valuations, and writing compelling research reports.
  • High-level proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, CapitalIQ, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex data.
  • Mandatory Skillset: Equity Research, Financial Modelling, Research Analysis.
