Job Description :


- Analyze customer business needs and application objectives to develop comprehensive configuration designs that align with their requirements.


- Translate complex technical details into user-friendly solutions, ensuring seamless integration with diverse systems through the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).


- Develop interfaces utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) to facilitate smooth data exchange and communication between different systems.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test configured solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and address customer needs effectively.


- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Maximo MIF integration.


- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to Maximo and integration frameworks, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.


- Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies to optimize Maximo's capabilities and enhance operational efficiency.


- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and providing timely updates on project progress and deliverables.


Skills and Qualifications :


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Extensive experience (7+ years) in Maximo technical solutions, with a focus on Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).


- Proficiency in configuration design, functional specification development, and technical specification writing.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


- Hands-on experience in developing interfaces using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), ensuring seamless integration with external systems.


- Knowledge of BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) is a plus.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
