Job Description :


- We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team.


- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning (ML), AI/ML techniques, deep learning, and/or natural language processing (NLP) using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.


- Proficiency in Unix, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), full stack development, databases, and software development best practices is essential.


- Additionally, an understanding of genomics data is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities :


- Machine Learning and AI/ML Techniques: Design, develop, and deploy ML models and algorithms.


- Implement deep learning techniques to solve complex problems.


- Optimize ML models for performance and scalability.


Natural Language Processing (NLP) :


- Develop NLP models and applications using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.


- Implement techniques for text processing, sentiment analysis, and language generation.


Genomics Data :


- Analyze and interpret genomics data to extract meaningful insights. Apply ML techniques to solve problems related to genomics and bioinformatics.


Full Stack Development :


- Develop and maintain web applications with a full stack approach.


- Work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration.


Cloud Computing :


- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud platform.


- Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS for ML and data processing.


Databases :


- Design, implement, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.


- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.


- Unix and Software Development Best Practices :


- Utilize Unix/Linux for development and deployment tasks.


- Follow software development best practices including version control, testing, and continuous integration.


Collaboration and Communication :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, bioinformaticians, and software engineers.


- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications :


Education :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.


Technical Skills :


- Proficient in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.


- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.).


- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and tools.


- Proficient in Unix/Linux environment.


- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.


- Full stack development skills with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.


- Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.


- Familiarity with genomics data and bioinformatics tools.


Professional Experience :


- 4 - 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.


- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying ML models.


- Proven ability to handle and analyze large datasets.


Soft Skills :


- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
