  • Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
  • Coordination and communication within the team and with customers.
  • Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
  • Mentoring and guiding the team members.
  • Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs.
  • Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in engineering or computer science and 3-6 years of overall experience in software developer or equivalent role
  • 2 3 years of experience as DevOps engineer
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (essential)
  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines in Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline and GITLAB CI/CD
  • Ability to create Declarative Pipelines in Jenkins
  • Understanding and ability to configure RBAC in Jenkins and to automate Business Processes wherever possible for the Business use
  • Ability to create and maintain AWS Code Pipelines with AWS CDK definitions
  • Understanding the CI/CD requirements of AWS CDK Applications
  • Understanding of the GITLAB CI/CD and configuring the runners, and creating Pipeline definitions for GITLAB CI/CD
  • Experience with Scripting with Java, Typescript, Python etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification preferred.
