Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Financial Services Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), formerly known as Mantas. You will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing AML and compliance solutions, ensuring robust monitoring and compliance with global financial crime regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle FCCM/Mantas (versions 5.x to 8.x).
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and configure Out-of-the-Box (OOB) and custom AML scenarios.
  • Perform data mapping, migration, and validation for FCCM modules.
  • Configure and maintain FCCM components: AML, KYC, Case Management, and Customer Screening.
  • Design and document functional and technical specifications for system customizations and integrations.
  • Develop and execute SIT, UAT, and production validation test cases, including historical data loads and alert generation.
  • Integrate with upstream/downstream systems for data ingestion, workflow orchestration, and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize batch performance, alert tuning, and scenario thresholds.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with offshore teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a techno-functional role with Oracle FCCM/Mantas.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML compliance, BSA regulations, and financial crime detection processes.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, and job scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M).
  • Experience with FCCM data models, BDF workflows, and alert lifecycle management.
  • Ability to create and review functional design documents, technical specifications, and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with cloud migration of FCCM.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting (e.g., CTR, SAR).
  • Performance tuning of Oracle databases in FCCM environments.
