About the job :

Role : Technical Architect (SCCM/Intune)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Our team is seeking an SCCM Architect to play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for managing and securing endpoints across our organization.

- Your expertise will contribute to enhancing user experiences, optimizing device management, and ensuring data protection.

- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to create robust end-user device strategies.

Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Implementation :

- Develop and implement UEM solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and security standards.

- Design and configure UEM platforms (MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot) to manage devices, applications, and content.

Device Lifecycle Management :

- Manage the entire lifecycle of devices, from provision to retirement.

- Automate device enrollment, configuration, and patch management.

- Ensure seamless user experiences during device transitions.

Application Management :

- Deploy and manage applications across different platforms (Windows, Mobile).

- Optimize application delivery and license management.

- Troubleshoot application-related issues.

User Experience Enhancement :

- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and pain points.

- Implement self-service portals and personalized experiences.

- Continuously improve user satisfaction with end-user device services.

Infrastructure Optimization :

- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and network components for end-user devices.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of end-user devices infrastructure.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an end-user devices Architect or similar role.

- Strong understanding of end-user devices platforms (SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Windows, etc.).

- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and compliance standards.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.

Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in end-user devices tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).

- Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.

- Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Soft Skills :

- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

- Project management and organizational abilities.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn.
