Hiring: Odoo Junior Developer (1- 3 Year Experience)

Location: Darbhanga - Bihar

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a passionate Odoo Junior Developer with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience working on Odoo (CE/EE). If you’re eager to grow, learn fast, and work on exciting real-world projects, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules (Python, XML, JS).
  • Support implementation of business workflows across Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.
  • Customize views, models, menus, reports (Qweb/PDF).
  • Debug issues, fix bugs, and support end-users.
  • Work closely with senior developers and functional teams.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on Odoo development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, XML, and basic JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Postgres, Linux, and Git is a plus.
  • Ability to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Odoo certification (optional but preferred).
