About the Role:

Delhi Public School is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Admin Manager to oversee the school’s administrative operations and ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient working environment. The role involves leading administrative teams, managing facilities, coordinating with departments, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administration including facilities, staff coordination, inventory, and vendor supervision.

• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained campus operations including housekeeping, security, transport, and cafeteria.

• Ensure compliance with school policies, government guidelines, and safety standards.

• Oversee vendor management, procurement, contract handling, and quality checks.

• Manage daily transport operations, routes, GPS tracking, and student safety protocols.

• Coordinate logistics for events, PTMs, annual functions, and examinations.

• Maintain asset and inventory records including IT equipment, uniforms, and stationery.

• Lead administrative staff, manage duty rosters, and ensure service standards.

• Handle crisis management, safety drills, and emergency response procedures.

• Coordinate with management, staff, parents, vendors, and internal departments.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management; MBA preferred.

• 2 to 5+ years of relevant administrative experience (school sector preferred).

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively.

• Knowledge of school operations, transport, safety norms, and vendor handling.
