Through our ZET platform (B2C), we focus on empowering individuals, especially those new to credit (NTC) or with low credit scores, to build and improve their CIBIL scores. One of our key offerings is the Magnet FD Credit Card, co-branded with SBM. The Magnet card plays a pivotal role in helping users from Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities boost their credit scores. By providing insights & solutions into their creditworthiness, consumers are empowered to make informed financial decisions, unlocking opportunities for loans, mortgages and greater financial stability.

On our ZET Partner (B2B) platform, we connect communities in Tier 3 and 4 cities to a wide network of financial brands and credit products. By leveraging a trusted network of agents, we bridge the gap between consumers and top banks, making financial services more accessible and tailored to the specific needs of these underserved markets.

In March 2022, we proudly raised $13M in our Series A funding, bringing our total funding to $18M. We’re fortunate to be backed by renowned investors like General Catalyst, Nexus, Sequoia Surge, Waterbridge, and other leading angel investors. What began in 2019 with just two people has now grown into a spirited team, united by a common mission to drive fintech innovation for Bharat.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows to boost productivity across teams.
• Start with QA: build pipelines that take PRDs → generate test cases → convert to automated test scripts → integrate with CI/CD.
• Expand to other functions (Dev, Product, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing) with reusable AI-driven automation patterns.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and QA leads to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Balance experimentation (POCs) with production readiness (scalable, maintainable systems).
• Translate product requirements, QA docs, and workflows into AI-powered automation pipelines.
• Develop prompting, evaluation, and orchestration flows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom).
• Connect LLM outputs to real systems (e.g., generate Playwright/Selenium tests, integrate with GitHub CI/CD).
• Set up evaluation + monitoring for AI workflows (accuracy, reliability, cost).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand AI use cases beyond QA.
• Build internal AI tooling that other engineers and business teams can reuse.

Requirements

• 2–4 years total experience:
• 1–2 years in SWE (backend, full-stack, or QA automation).
• 1+ years applied AI/LLM experience (side projects, open source, or production use).
• Hands-on experience with at least one QA automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.).
• Comfort with Python/Java/JavaScript and modern dev practices (Git, CI/CD, cloud).
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Ability to think end-to-end: from prototype to production.
• Startup mindset: scrappy, hands-on, comfortable with ambiguity, bias for shipping.
• Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
