Summary of Role :


The Senior Salesforce Admin will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and goals. This role will involve configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications, managing user roles and permissions, implementing system improvements, and contributing to development and CI/CD processes.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, including expertise in Salesforce CPQ, and a solid understanding of related business processes and development practices.

How You'll Succeed :


- Manage and maintain Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.

- Implement and manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and permission sets.

- Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

- Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.

- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.

- Perform data imports, updates, and data cleansing as needed.

- Implement data backup and recovery processes.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to understand and support their needs.

- Provide training and support to Salesforce users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

- Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with developers to create and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline using Copado for Salesforce deployments.

- Implement best practices for version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.

What You Bring :


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Salesforce Admin (ADM 201) certification required.

- Salesforce Advanced Admin (ADM 211) and CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.

- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).

- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Copado.

- Proficient in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.

- Experience with data management and data governance in Salesforce.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Classic.

- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.

- Experience with Salesforce data loader and other data management tools.

- Knowledge of third-party applications and integrations with Salesforce.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
